About BMA
Broadway Movie Academy (BMA) offers platform for students to learn how to become all-round movie industry practitioners; either as an actor, director, script writer, cinematographer or editor.
The courses offered will cover five major areas and essential GST(s).
The five specific areas BMA will cover are ACTING, DIRECTING, SCRIPTWRITING, EDITING and CINEMATOGRAPHY.
Aside these areas, we will offer essential general studies (GST) that will cover everything you need to know about being a Nollywood personality. These courses include Film Business, Make-Up (Movie and Personal Make-Up), Handling Red Carpet, Production, Handling of Camera (motion and still) and PR and Media (Building personal image, brand positioning and media relations).
The courses would be holding for a period of two months, which would be kicking off on the 24th of February, 2016 to April 24th, 2016. Classes would be holding three times a week: Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. In sum, there would be 35 classes allocated to each course, which would be presided over by seasoned facilitators in the industry.

MOVIE OPPORTUNITY

Broadway Movie Academy would be giving its students the opportunity to star in ONE of our two big project movies or a soap opera at the end of the course; alongside established personalities in the industry.

This means if you study acting, you will act in either one movie or a soap opera. If you study directing, cinematographer or editing you will participate in one of our movie project in the capacity of either a director, editor or a cinematographer.
