She wrote:

Brooding over spilt milk is not worth it,you deserve to be happy…Self-care is never a selfish act,it is simply good stewardship of the only gift u have, the gift you were put on earth to offer to others😉Dnt ask yourself what the world needs, ask yourself what makes you come alive cos dis world needs people who have come alive.what lies behind us,what lies before us re tiny matters compared to what lies within us. Life becomes simpler n lighter when you love yourself, you have more inner stability and less self-sabotage.No matter how much mistakes you’ve made…c’mon u still deserve to be happy😘 dust it off and move on🤗Always remember that those criticising, crucifying and writing you off,are in no way better than you.You don’t have to beat yourself up or drag yourself down over mistakes and temporal setbacks.when your opinion of yourself goes up then you will stop trying to get so much validation and attention ,Never be bullied into silence, never allow urself to be made a victim. A man cannot be comfortable without his own approval. Love yourself as much as anybody in the entire universe deserve your love and affection….finally always remember that until you value yourself, you won’t value your time, until you value your time, low self-esteem is like driving through life with your hand-break on.When you discover or recover something that nourishes your soul and brings joy, care enough about yourself to make room for it in your life.Dnt overvalue what you’re not and undervalue what you are, never bend your head, always hold it high.Whatever course you decide upon, there’s always someone to say you’re wrong, there are always difficulties arising which tempt you to believe your critics are right. To map out a course of action and follow it to an end requires courage. Love urself, encourage urself and above all forgive urself , move on. Remember those criticising and condemning you have either done worse things, are doing worst things, are still likely to do worst things but cos grace has worked for them they’re playing ‘the saint or god ‘. Give grace n mercy a chance to work for you too.
